The staff was friendly and polite, and the concierge service was helpful. The hotel's location was convenient and near downtown, San Telmo, and Puerto Madero. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the city view from the cafeteria was great.

We had a fantastic city view from our room at Believe Madero. The large size of the room was a pleasant surprise, giving us plenty of space to relax. The breakfast served on the top floor was great, with a variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was close to San Telmo square and good restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue and I highly recommend it. The location is perfect, situated in a private building with security, and within walking distance to great tourist spots. The room amenities were impressive, featuring heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also loved the seating area and in-room safe. The staff was very accommodating and provided great service. The bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink after a long day of exploring. The 24-hour reception was a huge plus, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.
