We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location on a busy and vibrant street was perfect for us, as we wanted to be in the heart of the action. The hotel provided us with excellent service, from the moment we arrived until our departure. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially appreciated the amenities such as the in-room safe, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a fantastic pool area where we could relax and soak up the sun. we were impressed with the quality and comfort offered at this place.

I checked into my room after a long day, ready to unwind. To my delight, the room was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. I appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Great stay. the hotel was centrally located, close to museums and restaurants. Parking was easy and the staff was friendly, providing recommendations for activities and dining. the room was clean with a nice view. the property was well, maintained and the staff was helpful. the pool, although small, looked like a great hangout spot in better weather.

The rooms were small and lacked the finish expected from a four, star hotel. the buffet breakfast was sub, standard and overpriced.

The hotel is conveniently located near FSU and is animal-friendly, which was a plus for us. the staff was very nice and polite, even though they were short-staffed. Despite the issues, the rooms were nice and comfortable. the hotel also had an EV charger and solar panels, which showed their commitment to the environment.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and there was not enough help. We had to go get our towels after they were washed and the bathroom curtain had blood on it, which was quite disturbing.

The free drinks and the cozy bed were a nice touch to our romantic escape. Plus, the hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and shops, which made it convenient for us to explore the city on foot.

The stained carpets and outdated decor of our room definitely left something to be desired. the noise from the nearby road made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was outstanding, with comfortable rooms and easy parking. It was in walking distance to museums and restaurants, and had a good TV and proper utensils in the room. Perfect for a solo traveler.

We stayed at this hotel and it was in the best neighbourhood, right on a busy and noisy street which made it easy to get around. The room service was great and they offered dry cleaning, shops, and commercial services. The staff was always available to help with anything we needed, including an airport shuttle and wake-up service. The room amenities were luxurious, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. The television had cable and satellite channels and there was even a garden furniture set to relax in.

We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Excellent housekeeping and compassionate staff. Room was cleaned multiple times in one day. Nice pool area. Problem with reservation was solved perfectly, even received free breakfast and a private city tour. Great location close to restaurants and university.
