I recently stayed at this luxurious boutique hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The location in the popular area of Recoleta was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I was able to easily walk to many attractions and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.

The location was excellent, next to Recoleta cemetery, shopping mall, restaurants and bars. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The view from the room was spectacular. The room itself was large, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast on the top floor had an amazing view.

We were amazed by the helpfulness of the staff at Urban Suites Recoleta Boutique. When we arrived early and exhausted, they went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. They even arranged for airport pickup at the last minute. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right across from Recoleta Cemetery and close to a subway stop. The view from the 10th floor is breathtaking. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a veranda and a large bathroom. The breakfast choices were excellent, and they even made us a simple omelette upon request. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay during my recent Thanksgiving holiday in this cozy boutique hotel. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and parks. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. One of the best things about this hotel was its cleanliness and good maintenance. Fresh linens and towels were provided as per the guest's request, which was a nice touch. the complimentary breakfast was generous and had plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The issue with service animals. Although the hotel had been informed in advance about the medical alert dog, the check-in process was delayed while the staff tried to understand and process the situation.
