The room was so spacious, safe and comfortable, with a big balcony and an amazing view over the city border. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent service even after closing time. We were served a delicious, freshly cooked lunch after midnight upon arrival. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities, especially the big bathroom with a bidet and clean bathtub, was commendable. The oversized bed was incredibly comfortable. The bar had a great selection, and the espresso was strong. The reception staff were all English-speaking and extremely helpful. The restaurant staff were lovely and friendly, providing their own map of the city. The breakfast was okay, and the juice was perfect. We were offered a late checkout until 9 pm for a half-day price. The room was perfect for a restful sleep, with good sunblinds and quiet surroundings. The plugs next to the bed and the spacious table were great for both work and dining. The hotel provided a palace-like experience at a very respectable cost. It was conveniently located near restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, and a short taxi ride away from the main attractions. The hotel also offered a 24-hour bar and room service, as well as coffee and tea facilities in the room. The hotel's proximity to the main shopping area and a small shopping mall with a mini-market across the road made it even more convenient. Despite the freezing outside temperatures, the room was pleasantly warm. The large room, along with the included breakfast and evening meal, made for a satisfying stay. The hotel also organized reliable airport transfers. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
