The room at Central Hotel was incredibly spacious and luxurious, providing the utmost comfort during my stay. The staff, particularly Arevik, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect tours and ensuring my vacation was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied each day, offering a relaxing start to the morning. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore all the sights in Yerevan. The cleanliness and impeccable service made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I will definitely return to Central Hotel for my future visits to Yerevan.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the hotspots like Republic Square and the blue mosque. It is also conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore. The rooms are large and peaceful, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to fulfill guests' wishes. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options.

The air conditioning in the rooms could be improved, as it was not efficient in cooling the room.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The central location was perfect for exploring the city. The room service and housekeeping were exceptional, and we appreciated the range of amenities available, including the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including an electric kettle for making tea. The spa and wellness center was also a highlight with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and massage facilities - perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

We loved the spacious and stylish rooms, perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The hotel staff, especially Ms Inessa at the Reception, were outstanding. The central location was fantastic, with nearby parks and shops just a few minutes walk away. The overall ambiance, cleanliness, and fresh smell of the rooms were delightful. We also enjoyed the winter garden restaurant.
