This hotel exceeded our expectations with its friendly staff, modern facilities, perfect location, and delicious breakfast options. The in-house massage service was a fantastic addition. The staff, especially Margaret, were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was always clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The odd location was actually convenient and close to main attractions.

The hotel was an incredible new year experience. the staff was friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary tea and coffee in our room, and the breakfast selection was a perfect way to start the day. the hotel's location was perfect, putting us close to all the major attractions we wanted to see, plus the room had an amazing view. Being able to easily walk to everything we wanted to do was a huge bonus.

Though the room was comfortable, we had some challenges with noise. We could hear everything happening in the next room and in the hallway.

The hotel is tucked in between some tatty apartment blocks, so the view from the window may not be the best.

We loved staying at this hotel because the location was perfect for exploring the center without needing to use any public transportation. The room had all the amenities we needed and we even got a welcome drink upon arrival which was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information about the city and even researching and printing out information about a monastery we were planning to visit.

This place was amazing and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting here.
