We had a wonderful stay at this family-operated hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We were greeted with fresh fruits and tea upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed relaxing in the poolside terrace and the peaceful garden. The rooms were small but clean, with good water pressure in the showers. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel like part of the family.

There were some issues with the ground floor rooms, such as leaking toilets and worn-out mattresses.

During our last day at Red Hotel, we encountered a major delay on our group tour, causing us to almost miss our flight. Thankfully, the owner personally transferred our luggage midway to the airport, ensuring we made it in time. We were incredibly grateful for his assistance and the fact that he didn't accept any payment for his kind gesture. The hotel's location was also convenient, just a quick taxi ride away from the city center.
