The room was well-equipped with a large plasma TV. The minibar had a selection of free drinks and strong alcoholic beverages. The design of the residence was charming and stylish. The swimming pool suite had a terrace with pool access. We enjoyed the pool bar and the pool was clean. The food was good, especially at the Asmani restaurant. Renting Cabanas at the beach was recommended for beautiful views. The hotel had a variety of import strong alcohol and cocktails. The staff was friendly and attentive, including the general manager who arranged a birthday surprise. The hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, exceptional amenities, and a variety of delicious food. The ULTRA all-inclusive package was an experience. The Lake House with a swimming pool entrance was amazing with great food, cocktails, polite staff, cleanliness, and a nice beach. Special greetings to our butler, Bela.

Clean and cozy atmosphere, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. the location was very strategic, making it easy for us to go around and explore the city. We also appreciated the varied food choices and the ultra-all-inclusive package that offered great value for the price.

The lack of service at the beach was a disappointment, and the need to book cabanas ahead of time was not communicated sufficiently. We also felt that some food options could have been better in quality, considering the price we paid.

Plus, the location advantages, like the stunning beach access and sun terrace, made my vacation unforgettable. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was the lack of consistency in the cooking at the restaurant. this did not take away from the overall positive experience at this hotel.
