The room space was great for our family of five.

Our room wasn't clean; we found trash like candy wrappers and a golf tee. The hot tub was grimy and uninviting.

The Lodge At Deadwood is my go-to. Staff helped with currency tips at first stay. Wi-Fi, parking, 24hr reception, bar, restaurant, fitness center. Returning for Xmas.

The decorations in the hotel were just lovely, with beautiful rustic touches and comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing. The grandeur of the general areas and the thoughtful accessibility for senior people really made me feel welcomed and at ease. The children of the staff were always ready to assist, and I felt well taken care of during my stay.

I would have appreciated a few more quiet areas for relaxation and socializing, specifically catered for senior guests.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the rad casino at The Lodge. We scored big and had the time of our lives! Then, we checked out the Deadwood Grille for Mother's Day and it was lit. Knowledgeable guides took us on an epic tour of Spearfish and Spearfish Canyon, and we got all the inside scoop. Plus, the perks in South Dakota were off the charts!

We just wished there were more exciting activities for us young party-goers.

The value for our money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient, being a mile away from town but with a trolley stop nearby. The staff at Lodge At were extremely helpful and accommodating, upgrading us to a family suite and always ensuring our room was cleaned promptly.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

The room at the Lodge At was incredibly clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had a great night's sleep! The restaurant had delicious food and the drinks were amazing. The casino was a lot of fun too. The trolley that stops by the hotel made it convenient to explore downtown. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Deadwood.

Easy to spot and ample parking available. Accommodated U-Haul parking. Convenient trolley service to downtown. Friendly staff. Restaurant flexible with special requests. Enjoyable pool area. Appreciated lobby coffee. Close to town but peaceful. Bonus wildlife sighting.

The bed at Lodge At was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I also enjoyed the tasty food at Oggy's restaurant, and the friendly service was a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel on a hill offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms, except for the small bathroom, are well-maintained with comfortable beds and a nice view. I also appreciated the necessary plugs for all our devices.

The only downside was that some aspects could be improved.
