Spacious, clean rooms with super comfy pillows were a highlight. Breakfast was amazing, though coffee needed improvement. Staff was friendly and responsive, but the location right in front of a cemetery felt odd. I did encounter some noise from slamming doors and a bit of pet waste on the sidewalk. The laundry facilities were lacking, with only the washer working. A room with mold and a musty smell put a damper on things, leading to an early checkout. Still, the friendly atmosphere and excellent breakfast made the experience somewhat enjoyable.

Temperature control was inconsistent, shifting between warm and cold. Despite being pet-friendly, there was no unpleasant odor. The location was serene, offset from the main road, though finding it initially was tricky. Halls were well-maintained. Room service efficiently cleaned while we were out. Breakfast was satisfying but could use a little variety. a cozy place with minor quirks that didn’t detract from the comfort.

Perfectly positioned for exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

I had a fantastic experience staying here because it is just a short drive to all the major attractions in Pigeon Forge and only 15 minutes from Gatlinburg, making it super convenient for weekend strolls to places like Dollywood, which is about 2.3 km away, or The Island in Pigeon Forge, almost 3 km from the hotel; the staff was really friendly and the breakfast was varied and satisfying, though I wish they had a better selection of juices, but overall it didn’t take away from an excellent stay.

The staff was outstanding. They turned our daughter's stuffed animals into little surprises, which made her day. The room was clean, especially for a pet-friendly hotel—couldn't tell a dog had been there. Breakfast offered plenty of choices. the bathroom sink was too small for two. The coffee cups were miniature. The first morning, breakfast was lacking, with sausage running out before 10 AM. A larger room may be needed next time. Communication at check-in could be improved—confusion with charges was frustrating. The outdoor area seemed neglected. Parking could pose a problem for larger vehicles.

The moldy smell was unbearable, worsened by rain leaking through a poorly patched ceiling. Even worse, the front desk staff didn’t seem to care about our complaints. We ended up leaving early!

La Quinta Inn offered a cozy room, perfect for my dog and me. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a variety of tasty options like bagels and sausage. While the building showed some age, the friendly staff and great location made up for it. a pleasant experience!

During our business trip to Pigeon Forge, we stayed at a hotel close to various attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day of meetings. The breakfast provided a good start to our mornings, although there were a few minor issues with the food selection. Overall, a decent value for the money and a convenient location for exploring the area.

The bagels with cream cheese were decent, the bed was really comfy, and the shower water pressure was strong! The location was super convenient too, close to all the hotspots in town.

However, issues with small coffee cups, inconsistent room amenities, and some safety concerns like a homeless person lingering around made the experience less than perfect.
