We loved our stay at this place! the location is about a 30 min drive from popular Yarra Valley attractions, so it's not too close, but it’s beautiful and was perfect for us. the service room service was top-notch, and we appreciated the thoughtful hosts who thought of everything, from soundproofing to carefully selected wines.

The cottage was beautiful and so clean, with a spacious kitchen and a relaxing spa bath. Julie was a fantastic host, ensuring our comfort and providing breakfast provisions. the location is central, allowing easy access to town and the serene river walk. the massage and BBQ facilities added to our relaxation, enhancing family bonding. Nearby landmarks like the Yarra Junction Cenotaph and Blue Lotus Water Garden offered unique experiences, creating lasting memories.

I had the pleasure of staying at 3 Kings Bed And Breakfast in Yarra Junction for a business trip, chosen by my director. the property truly exceeded all my expectations. the spacious unit with a cozy living area, comfortable king size bed, and a luxurious double walk-in shower made my stay most enjoyable. the well-equipped kitchen and the delightful veranda with a Weber BBQ added to the wonderful experience. the hosts, Julie and Brian, were exceptional, providing a seamless and welcoming stay. the central location allowed easy access to explore the beauty of Yarra Valley and its surroundings. I highly recommend 3 Kings B&B for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Cons: Minor WiFi and smart TV issues.

Located central to attractions, such as shops and beautiful places to explore. the breakfast hamper includes a variety of snacks and drinks. the meat platter served was absolutely delicious, a real treat. the rooms are modern, well-furnished, and cozy, with comfy beds and a lush spa bath. Facilities like a coffee machine, gas fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen make the stay even more enjoyable.

the jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise, even though we didn't have time to enjoy it. the fireplace in the unit was top-notch, and the breakfast provisions were outstanding. the location was central to all our activities in the area. julie, the owner, was very accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we enjoyed late-night conversations with friends in the cozy lounge area. can't wait to return in the future!

The gas wood fire heater made the space incredibly warm and cozy, while the big windows offered lovely views and natural light. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the privacy of the villa. All in all, our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend 3 Kings Bed And Breakfast for a romantic retreat.

This hotel was a luxurious and homely experience. the room had exclusive amenities that made our stay memorable such as a cozy gas log fire and a bubbling spa tub. the breakfast provisions were plentiful and delicious, with everything we needed for a perfect in-room breakfast. the location was fantastic, within easy walking distance to many cafes and eateries.

While there were few negatives, I found the artificial flowers in the bathroom needed cleaning. this minor issue did not detract from an exceptional stay.

Loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the accommodation, with a fire place and modern amenities that made the stay very comfortable. the location was great, close to supermarkets and restaurants. the breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of delicious food to choose from.

Some road noise that could be heard from the balcony. it would have been nice to have more hanging space for towels in the bathroom.
