We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests. The location was very convenient, with shops within walking distance and the airport nearby. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and a small gym area. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

We stayed at Kana for one night before our flight home. The staff were wonderful and happy to help. The restaurant had amazing food, especially the satay chicken. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to the main strip of Kuta. The rooms were clean and modern. Perfect for couples, but not recommended for families due to the pool and facilities. The hotel also provided facilities for guests to use after check-out, which was a great convenience. an amazing hotel and location. We would definitely go back.

The Kana Kuta Hotel provided amazing customer service with friendly staff. The night security guard, Putu, and the dining room worker, Aldi, were particularly outstanding. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located just a 7-minute motorbike ride from the center and the beach. The pool was a nice addition, not too crowded, and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. the staff and their kindness made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a future stay.

Great location near the mall and good restaurants. Impressive decoration and variety of breakfast. Kids enjoyed the playing area. Friendly staff provided excellent customer service and amenities like free drop-off service, toothbrush and toothpaste. Comfy beds and welcome treats made for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Kana Hotel in Kuta! the location was perfect, with a supermarket, Kuta beach, restaurants, beachwalk shopping center, and nightlife area all within easy reach. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also loved that they could arrange amazing trips for us at great prices. the breakfast was superb and the overall environment of the hotel was beautiful.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was significantly away from the main party area and not near the tourist center or visiting areas. However, it was very convenient for those arriving late at night due to its close proximity to the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were kept very clean. Additionally, the breakfast spread had some variety and the service was great.

The access road to the hotel was closed every night after 9pm, causing inconvenience and traffic jams for guests.

The Kana Kuta Hotel in Bali is a gem! Located in a peaceful area, yet close to the bustling streets. Fresh, cozy rooms with excellent room service. Daily replenishment of toiletries. Variety in breakfast buffet and adorable poolside restaurant. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and I must say that I had a lovely experience. This place offers a great location, being in a relatively quiet area but still near to the Kuta market, which is a good place to explore. My room had some great amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff from the young trainees up to the general managers were all very pleasant and provided good service. The leisure swimming pool was also very nice to relax in after a busy day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options and the check-in and check-out process was efficient. Despite being in a prime location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and value for money.

I recently stayed at The Kana Hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. I loved having the option to make tea and coffee in the room, and the TV and fridge were great amenities. The bathroom was a good size and the hot shower was a treat. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The breakfast spread was impressive, with cooked noodles, rice, salad, fruit. The pool area was fantastic, with towels provided and a buzzer next to each bed for convenient service. it was a wonderful place to stay.

The staff happily stored our luggage and allowed us to use the facilities until our late-night flight. The pool and relaxing area were great, and we had access to towels and a shower to freshen up before our journey. The restaurant out front served delicious food. The location was close to the main strip of Kuta but not overwhelming. The room was clean and simple. The hotel was also only a 15-minute drive from the airport.
