The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby shops and bus stops. It was convenient to have a DVD player in the room, making it easy to enjoy a movie night. The free BBQ facilities were a great addition and provided an opportunity to have a fun and relaxed meal.

The room was in desperate need of renovation. The walls, doors, and cupboards were dirty and chipped, giving the whole place a rundown appearance.

the motel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, allowing for easy access to amenities. Furthermore, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed in our room had collapsed on one side, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, close to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach attractions, and just a short walk to the beach. The staff is exceptional, providing great service and ensuring all basic amenities are provided. The rooms on the balcony offer a nice view and are equipped with many necessary items, including comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy an excellent breakfast, although it is not included in the stay.

Everything was more than satisfactory; no improvements needed.

The motel's location was also a plus, as it was conveniently close to the beach. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a small TV and a noisy toilet system, we found the overall experience to be satisfactory. Great location! Just a short walk to the beach and close to fantastic restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the kitchenette and the cozy bed was a definite plus.

The room needs some attention from maintenance and cleaning staff. There were a few broken items and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
