i had a truly remarkable experience at alexander the great motel. the room was clean, comfy, and had all the essential amenities including a kettle, toaster, microwave. the pool was lovely and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. it was conveniently located with easy parking. the gardens added to the well-cared-for look of the property, and i appreciated being able to open a window for fresh air.

One minor improvement that could be made at this hotel is ensuring that the room is adequately stocked with essentials such as wine glasses, plates, and cutlery. It would have been nice to have these items readily available, especially after a long journey when all you want to do is unwind with a glass of wine.

Enjoyed the rural charm and historic sites. Free WiFi was a nice touch. the outdoor pool was a refreshing spot in the heart of Vineyard.

The rooms at this hotel are in A1 condition and recently refurbished to a high quality. I especially loved the very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the location, within a 15-20 minute walk of a train station, makes it convenient for exploring the area.

We appreciated the cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, convenient parking, and the ideal location close to a quality Chinese restaurant, allowing us to enjoy a tasty meal without having to drive anywhere.

My room at the motel was sleek and comfy, with a super, modern vibe. I had an unexpected challenge during my stay , no wine glasses, just a teeny water glass! All I wanted was to unwind with a glass of vino, but had to adapt with what I had on hand. Lesson learned: always pack your own wine glasses! It was a minor hiccup, but I'd stay again, no prob. Wonderful stay. Excellent housekeeping. Great aesthetics. Friendly neighborhood. Good air conditioning and wifi. Unique essence not found in bigger hotels. Convenient location and clean pool. Comfortable and tidy room with a spacious bathroom and large screen TV. Comfy beds and accommodating staff for families with babies.

Enjoyed the location, walking distance to lively downtown and shopping district. the room was surprisingly spacious with a cozy atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable enough to get some rest during Christmas. the Christmas dinner offered a good spread of options to choose from, including super delicious roasted turkey, one of the best I have tasted.

The staff was inattentive as we had to wait over an hour to get checked in and the reception was closed for several hours throughout the day. the bathroom was not up to the standards of cleanliness, the towels were old and had a musty smell, and the shower took a long time to get warm.
