Great location, quiet street near bus stations and tour agencies. Excellent staff. Volcano view from room. Huge variety of breakfast foods, including fresh fruit. Credit card accepted, processing time may be slow.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to good restaurants and the bus station. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities are sufficient and the rooms have a beautiful view of Mt Villarica. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

We loved the central location of this hotel. It was just a short walk from the bus station, making it convenient for us to explore the town. Plus, there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, so we never had to go far for a delicious meal. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great place to rest after our adventures. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of fresh fruits and other tasty options.

We did have a minor issue with the bathroom, as it was a bit small and lacked a counter around the sink.

The breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of fresh fruit. We really enjoyed the view of the volcano from our room. The hotel's location was also perfect, just a short walk to the town center and tour outlets.

The room was quite small, especially the bathroom, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. The wifi was also spotty at times, which was frustrating.
