We loved the location of this hotel on top of a hill, providing a beautiful view of the city. It was an easy walk into the main streets, restaurants, and pubs, making it perfect for heading to the footy. The room amenities were great, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, attending to every detail and ensuring our stay was special. The breakfast room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the cooked breakfast was a much-appreciated bonus. There were also facilities such as Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and a flat-screen TV.

We would recommend this hotel to all.

What a mind-blowing experience we had at this jaw-dropping B&B! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, offering us an upgraded room with stunning views. The clean and tidy room had an excellent and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a hot cooked meal made to order and a great selection of cereals, fruit, and yogurt. The location was perfect, just a short easy walk to the town center and close to pubs and restaurants. The on-site car park was a huge plus. our stay was absolutely fabulous, and we couldn't have asked for more!

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Areca in Launceston. The room was impeccably clean and had a lovely, bright atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was beautiful, and I especially appreciated the luxurious, crisp white damasque linen sheets on the bed. The shower had fantastic water pressure, although it was a bit tricky to use without water leaking onto the bathroom floor. However, the staff provided plenty of towels to prevent any mishaps.

Although the location was not ideal for walking, it was easily accessible by car and provided a quiet atmosphere. The hotel was situated about 700m from the city centre, which was a manageable distance.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the town center and City Park. There are also some excellent restaurants just a short walk away on Brisbane Street. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and bathroom facilities. The staff provided excellent service and the continental breakfast was a nice addition. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which is a bonus.

The TV channel selection could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-appointed hotel. The room had everything I needed, including comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets. The shower was spacious with great water pressure. The hotel was centrally located, just a short walk from the city center. it was a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

We had a comfortable and relaxing New Year getaway. the hotel provided complimentary fruit and cereal for breakfast, which added a nice touch to the start of the day. the hotel was situated close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy to explore the area. the best part of our stay was the stunning view from our room, which gave us lovely cityscapes to admire.

Limited facilities and absence of elevators. We had to carry our luggage up one floor, which was a bit of a nuisance, and there was nobody to help us.
