The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the staff went the extra mile to provide us with recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. They even allowed us a late checkout so we could make the most of our time in the city. The attention to detail and friendly demeanor of the front of house staff made our stay memorable. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was well presented. The room, though on the smaller side, was tastefully decorated and had a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel provided a welcome respite from the bustling city outside. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the shower door not closing properly and some noise from neighboring rooms, our overall experience at this boutique hotel was excellent. We would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

A delightful stay at Mrs Banks Hotel in Paddington! I had a short but pleasant visit and will definitely return. The room was clean, cozy, and incredibly quiet despite being on Oxford St. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and interesting historical tidbits. I loved the complimentary coffee and delicious pastries in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located near transport connections and boasts a vibrant neighborhood with great bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Located right on Oxford Street, Mrs Banks Hotel offers a convenient location close to the CBD. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with a spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm greeting upon arrival. Guests can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast with plenty of options. Complimentary water in the fridge is a nice touch, and some rooms even have a Nespresso machine and complimentary TimTams. The hotel is also close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

One minor downside mentioned by a guest was that the room didn't seem to warm up even with the heating on full.

The breakfast was very nice, with a variety of fresh options. They even provided complementary Tim Tams in the fridge which was a nice touch. the location was central, with everything in easy walking distance. the room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed.

The staff were not very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. finding parking overnight was a challenge and we had to park quite far away from the hotel.
