Despite some cleanliness issues and uncomfortable beddings, I must highlight the staff's exceptional customer service and the great amenities provided. The entertainment area was a hit with the kids, although soundproofing and cleanliness need improvement for a truly pleasant stay.

The location is very convenient, as it is central to all of the attractions in the area. It is also reasonably close to the town centre, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-lit and offer good wireless internet. There is even a heated pool and spa for guests to enjoy.

Some noise from other guests could be bothersome at times.

we had a fantastic stay at Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace. the size of the place was perfect, with plenty of amenities and a clean environment. It was especially great for the kids, who had a lot of fun. the entertainment area was a hit, with a TV that had apps for both kids and adults. the heating was good, although it didn't reach the last bedroom, so it was a bit cold back there.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy motel that was close to everything. The room was immaculately clean and the garden was beautifully maintained. We loved the convenience of the nearby hotel with a child play area, where we enjoyed tasty and affordable meals. The only hiccup was the wifi, but that was likely due to my own tech-ineptitude. This hotel in the center of town is a hidden gem. The value for money is unbeatable, especially considering the attention to detail. The rooms are well equipped with a queen bed, full kitchen facilities, and a cozy lounge area. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, providing excellent service. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet area but still close to all the attractions in Mount Gambier.
