It felt like home, not a motel. the location was convenient for exploring Rotorua. Can't fault it - a top choice among all the places I've stayed. I'll be recommending it to everyone!

During our recent stay at a motel in Rotorua, we were pleased with the convenient location and cleanliness of the facilities. The motel was situated in a great spot, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding attractions. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our stay.

Although there was no mention of air conditioning in the room, we found the temperature to be quite comfortable during our visit. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as outdated decor and a faint odor, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Spent Christmas at a quiet and cozy motel. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel right at home. the location was great, only a short walk away from the main tourist attractions and restaurants.

The water pressure in the shower was quite weak, making it difficult to rinse off properly. the mattress was a bit too firm and uncomfortable for our liking.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, super close to the town center and all the tourist sites we wanted to visit. The room was recently redecorated with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom had a huge spa bath and soft towels. The friendly proprietor even offered us milk for our tea and gave us helpful information about the area.

The hair dryer in the room was almost useless.

We stayed at Ashleigh Court for a weekend getaway and loved the spacious, well-appointed room. The adjoining spa pool was a highlight, providing the perfect end to our days. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for self-catering, which was ideal for us. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, even upgrading us to a downstairs room for convenience.
