I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The customer service upon arrival was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I stepped through the doors. The apartment itself was stunning, with modern furnishings and excellent upkeep. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pillows, which were large, soft, and fluffy. The additional 2 pillows we requested were unnecessary, as the ones provided were already perfect. The Greek cookies that were offered upon arrival were a delightful touch, adding to the overall charm of the place. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! The room was super comfortable and the sofa bed for my son was already set up. The beds were jaw-droppingly comfy and the shower had awesome pressure. The parking option was a lifesaver, especially since I was alone with 2 kids. The reception staff were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The location was excellent, with easy walking distance to restaurants and mini golf. The wifi was great and the room was spacious with a well-presented bathroom. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine/dryer. The staff members were simply amazing and courteous. our stay was incredibly positive, comfortable, and filled with excellent service.

The selection of TV channels in the room was limited and of poor quality.

The location was convenient, with easy walking access to the city and nearby coffee places and a French Patisserie. On-site parking was available for some nights, but there were also plenty of free parking spots nearby from 6 pm to 8 am. The after-hours check-in protocol was simple and easy. a great experience for business travelers and a place we will choose again.
