The staff is attentive and welcoming, providing sack lunches for guests going on tours. The hotel has a traditional Spanish-style architecture, and offers Coca Tea upon arrival to help with altitude sickness. The rooms have comfortable beds and there were no reports of bed bugs in the rooms during the stay.

The staff at La Casona Real were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they quickly found us another room and made sure we were comfortable. The location was also excellent, just a short walk away from restaurants, markets, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

This hotel's location is amazing, with the main square just 50 metres away and lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Angela at the front desk. The rooms are elegant and clean, with fresh towels every day. The breakfast is simple but satisfying, with delicious fresh bread.

Night time noise from the surrounding bars may bother light sleepers.

The breakfast was delicious. The entrance is on a car-free street, which might be inconvenient for older guests with luggage. No elevator available. The staff at breakfast is attentive and anticipates your order.

The noise from the surrounding area, especially the nearby club, was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at times. the hot water in the showers was also inconsistent, sometimes only coming out as a trickle, which was not ideal.
