The friendly host, Martina, made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious, freshly prepared food using herbs and condiments from their own garden. And the view of the Jungfrau peaks from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We loved every moment of our stay and would definitely return. Hotel Berghaus was a great choice for our young family's one-night stay in the beautiful Bernese Oberland. The location was ideal, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of fresh options. We also enjoyed the breathtaking view from the breakfast area. a wonderful experience for young families.

What a fantastic way to start the new year! Complimentary champagne and chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch, really made us feel welcomed. the location was perfect - we had a stunning view of the mountains and easy access to the ski slopes. Another benefit was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station, which saved us hauling our luggage through the snow.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about this place. the only downside was that the restaurant got quite busy during peak dinner hours, so we had to wait a bit for our table.

It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. What impressed me most was the breakfast. The wide range of fresh options, including delicious bread, cheese, meats, jams, pastries. The coffee, made to order by the friendly staff, was a perfect start to the day.
