Stayed at Avani in Box Hill and had a fantastic experience. the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything our family of four needed. the kitchen and living area were lovely, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We appreciated the small touches like complimentary water, chocolate eggs, and espresso capsules. the terrace had a fantastic view and the check-in staff were kind and helpful. Parking was available for a small fee and check-in was fast.

The free water and chocolate were a nice touch. the location was perfect since it was close to the hospital and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the comfortable bed was a plus as well.

The study area was too dark and most of the power points were hard to access. It was also disappointing to find that there was no suitcase rack or designated area to put luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at a modern, clean, and well-equipped hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the shops and restaurants in the area. We were able to easily access public transport and explore the city. The staff at reception were friendly and always helpful. The room had great amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony with amazing views. We particularly enjoyed the pool and gym on the roof, which offered breathtaking views of the city.

The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in a vibrant Asian-dominated area with an abundance of delicious Chinese and Asian food options. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the beautiful Box Hill Gardens, providing a serene retreat for both kids and adults. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, equipped with everything my family of four needed, from comfortable beds to a lovely kitchen and living area. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were excellent, close to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for medical visits or extended stays with own laundry. Pool and spa were quiet and nice. Comfy beds and overall enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to all amenities and with great views of the park. The front reception staff were friendly and efficient. The secure carpark was a bonus. The service apartment had all the necessary facilities, including a pool and gym. The proximity to public transportation made it easy to explore the area.

The gym could have been better equipped. The cooking utensils needed some improvement.
