the disabled access room/bathroom was perfect for post-surgery stay, with a lovely outside patio and great location. two couples enjoyed the separate well-equipped bedrooms and bathrooms, italian restaurant downstairs, and free cat buses nearby. clean, quiet, and convenient. baileys serviced exceeded expectations.

Baileys Serviced Apartments in Perth was a great stay, offering a clean and comfortable environment for me and my 6, month, old baby. the helpful staff, functional kitchen, comfortable beds, and secure parking were all highlights. the East Perth location was convenient for exploring nearby landmarks like the Bell Tower, Perth Zoo, and Kings Park, enhancing our family bonding experience. the amenities, such as the Netflix, equipped TV and spacious fridge, added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. the only downsides were the light coming in through the roller blinds in the morning and some road noise, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Baileys Serviced Apartments. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The 10-minute walk to town was convenient for shopping, and we appreciated the free parking. Despite a minor issue with the malfunctioning lift, the hotel compensated us with a delicious free breakfast. The Italian restaurant downstairs served incredible Naples cuisine. it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the edge of the CBD was perfect for exploring the city, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Upon our arrival after office hours, the staff made us feel welcome by placing fresh flowers in the center of the living room, adding a nice touch to the already elegant decor. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony where we could relax and take in the views. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to free CAT buses into town and away from the city centre so it is quiet at night. Furthermore, the hotel is just next to a free CAT bus stop, making it convenient to travel around the city. The rooms are spacious and the balcony offers a nice view of the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel provides free parking in a garage, which is a great advantage considering the parking problem in the city.

The hotel staff can be quite rude and unhelpful at times.

Our city trip was made perfect by the amazing apartment we stayed in. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. We loved the secure parking provided and the great location which made it easy to explore the city without any worry. the apartment was very clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the air-con worked perfectly, keeping us cool even during the hottest days.

That the apartment was situated on a busy street which meant some street noise was heard, but it wasn't too loud and didn't disturb us much. However, if you're a light sleeper, it may be best to request a room on a higher floor.
