We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The hotel offered a range of services, including car hire, grocery shopping service, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more comfortable. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. We loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful view. The swimming pool was also amazing, with sun loungers and a shallow end, perfect for relaxation. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Excellent location steps to the beach. Clean pool and ready grill. Open and airy apartment with late check-in. Walking distance to amenities. Good size warm pool. Spacious open lounge, kitchen, and dining area. No TV in bedrooms encourages family time. Good privacy and large outdoor BBQ area. Lovely sound of crashing waves at night. Room for little ones to play. Huge bright master bedroom. Friendly and helpful manager. Gem of a place.

Our apartment was huge, with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. We loved being surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush vegetation.

Although the apartment was spacious, the balcony was quite small. The pool area was crowded at times and there were not enough loungers available.

I have stayed at Balboa Apartments multiple times over the years, and it truly feels like my own personal beachside residence. Apartment 7 is my favorite, perfect for my family and our active boys who love the pool. The apartment is spacious, with three bedrooms and a ground floor with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The kitchen with its granite benchtop is great for food preparation, and the comfortable rooms and lovely bathrooms make for a truly enjoyable stay. The apartments are equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the location, just a street away from 4 mile beach, is absolutely awesome. The pool is the perfect size for our boys, and it's conveniently located in the middle of everything. What makes our stay even more special are the amazing hosts, Lynette and Andrew, who make us feel like family. With its unbeatable value for money, comfort, location, and great hosts, there's no need to look any further in Port Douglas. I highly recommend Balboa Apartments for a beachside holiday rental.
