the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the spacious rooms with stunning city views to the well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, every detail was thoughtfully designed. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during our stay. the amenities such as the heated pool, sauna, and golf simulator added an extra touch of luxury to our time there. I can't wait to return in the future.

We had a great stay at Avani! the 1 bed apartment was comfortable and modern, with a fantastic bed. We enjoyed the balcony, even though it was too chilly to sit outside. the coffee machine and pods were a nice touch, and the tech setup with the desk and power sockets was convenient. the free Wi-Fi was a bonus, although it wasn't secure. the refuse chutes on every floor were a convenient feature, just like those in New York. And we appreciated the secure undercover parking for $25 per night.

Good sized room with all the necessary utensils and crockery. the staff were excellent, helping me secure an early morning taxi for my flight. the location was perfect for reaching nearby attractions, restaurants, and markets on foot or scooter.

The other negative was that I had to pay for extra coffee pods.

I recently stayed at Avani for a week and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade and bottle of red wine. The hotel's cafe area on the ground floor was beautiful and a great place to relax. With 24-hour reception, I felt safe and secure, especially as a solo traveler. Avani provided exceptional service and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the city.

My recent stay at Avani was great value for a serviced apartment. The unit size was spacious and having two bathrooms was really convenient for my family. The semi/indoor pool on site was lovely, although it could have been heated a bit more. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch.
