No room service, had to go to the bar for water. AC couldn't be controlled from the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from car rentals to tour tickets. The room itself was incredible, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and we loved the added touch of the open style bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices to start our day off right.

I recently stayed at Eurostars in Ibiza for a week-long vacation with my family. The junior suite we stayed in was modern, airy, and clean, with a comfortable mattress and surprisingly decent sofa bed. The shower was fantastic and the kitchenette was a great facility. The hotel also provided dressing gowns and slippers, and the strong wifi allowed us to stream content without any issues. The breakfast had a great selection of food, and the cocktails at the pool bar, made by Juanjo, were excellent. The staff, especially Mariola, were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from Ibiza Town.
