We had a fantastic stay at Casa San Rafael. The hotel's stunning architecture and perfect location made our trip to Cuenca unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always available to assist us. Despite the minor inconvenience of a basic breakfast, our room was comfortable and well-equipped. The highlight of our stay was when we had trouble finding a taxi to the airport, and two amazing women from the hotel staff actually drove us there themselves. Their kindness and generosity truly made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cuenca. it was a superb experience.

Our stay at Hotel Casa San Rafael was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The breakfast, though somewhat basic, was still delicious and satisfying. We loved the central location of this venue, situated in the midst of all the action. The staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful and the room service was impeccable. We appreciated the clean and soundproofed rooms and the availability of in-room breakfast.

I recently stayed at Casa San Rafael for 9 nights and couldn't be happier with my choice. The staff were always friendly and cheerful, and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel itself is a beautiful old converted casa, with elegant and comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms, and lovely murals and antiques throughout. The location is perfect, with easy access to tourist attractions and getting around. The security of the hotel was also excellent. I had a great stay and would highly recommend Casa San Rafael.

Beautiful colonial house with a charming patio, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. the staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite, and the housekeepers were nice too. the hotel's central location made it easy to get around the city and explore all the sights. I appreciated that the hotel had a coffee and tea station available all day.

Some of the rooms lacked windows, and the hardwood floors were a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. However, these were just minor drawbacks compared to all the other advantages that the hotel had to offer.
