There were some issues with the cleanliness of the communal areas such as the kitchen and outside space, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail at Baudins Of Busselton Bed And Breakfast. The tasteful decor and thoughtful extras like complimentary snacks and drinks made our stay feel special. The hosts, Greg and Linda, were friendly and made us feel right at home. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was great. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The facilities were excellent, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked refreshments. We also appreciated the off-street parking and the quiet location despite being near a highway. The owners were lovely hosts, with friendly and helpful service.

The breakfast was self-serve and continental only, despite the name of the hotel suggesting a cooked breakfast. it would have been helpful if the room description was clearer, as we initially thought we had booked separate double rooms, rather than sharing common areas.

This place exceeded my expectations with its lovely cooked breakfasts by Greg and Linda every day. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The kitchen facilities are great for those who want to cook their own meals. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
