our recent stay at sunrise beach was exceptional. beach breakers resort surpassed our expectations with its fantastic staff, location near shops & beach, and well-equipped kitchen. the pool area was a highlight for our family, offering a perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.

some areas needed better cleaning.

The spacious apartment had all we needed, with aircon in the main bedroom and a handy balcony. Enjoyed the pool area with its lovely setting for time with the kids and the close beach access for easy family outings. in the summer, I'd recommend opting for the upgraded rooms for some extra cooling in the bedroom. 🌞

the resort boasts a real surf beach with fantastic waves for boogie boarding and surfing, yet still safe for swimming. the pool, heated spa, and tennis courts provided a perfect setting to unwind and stay active. the proximity to the patrolled flags on the beach was convenient, and we appreciated the privacy of the units. the accommodation was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen amenities to comfortable beds. the outdoor pool area, barbecue, and tennis court were well-maintained and ideal for spending quality time with the family.

Cleanliness could be improved.

Enjoyed the private balcony for games and relaxation. Friendly managers made our stay comfortable. Swung by the beach daily for surf and walks - great waves! Kids loved the tennis court. Found a hidden gem at Gympie Terrace nearby. Simple kitchen tools made meals a breeze. Pool perfect. Location superb. Even saved money cooking in. Clean rooms, free WiFi - a bonus! The family who manages the resort were friendly and responsive, quickly fixing a minor issue in my room. I was also impressed with the location, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The facilities, including the pool, were excellent, and there was even a free bus service to Noosa. I highly recommend this place for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away and beautiful tropical gardens surrounding the hotel. I was impressed with the full kitchen and laundry facilities available in the rooms, making it convenient for longer stays. the attention to detail and the value for money at this hotel were excellent.

Beach Breakers Resort is situated in a prime location, just a short walk away from the stunning Noosa main beach. Guests will appreciate the tranquility of the resort, as it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas. The resort boasts beautifully maintained gardens, providing a serene atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind.

The upstairs rooms can become quite hot during the summer months, as the ceiling fans may not provide sufficient cooling.

Friendly staff, informative map and clean unit. Extra TV in main bedroom and laundry facility. Spacious, well-furnished apartment with comfortable beds and sea views. Short walk to beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Highly convenient and comfortable stay.

Over the Xmas period, we had a good basic accommodation that offered great value for money. the unit had a well-equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom with fresh towels. Location-wise, it was only a short walk to the lovely beach, and there was a grocery store nearby for last-minute shopping. We especially enjoyed the free parking, which is not available in many other places in the area.

Although the unit had everything we needed, it was quite old-fashioned, and the furniture looked outdated. the noise from traffic on the nearby road could be heard throughout the day and night, which was a bit annoying.
