The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing amazing service throughout our stay. The hotel had a great pool area with attentive staff, and the restaurant had an excellent menu with delicious food. the gym facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of equipment available.

The check-in process was slow and the lobby staff was not professional. There were noise disturbances from upstairs in the morning.

As first-time visitors to Hawaii, we couldn't have asked for a better experience at The Ritz-Carlton in Waikiki. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Compared to other resorts we've stayed at in Bali and Phuket, the Ritz-Carlton exceeded our expectations.

The customer service was excellent, with a friendly and professional staff. The room was amazing, with a working oven, stove, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a washer and dryer. The ocean view from the room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and had a heated toilet seat. The pool was not overcrowded and there were great amenities for families.

The Ritz-Carlton exceeded our expectations during our 7-night stay in Waikiki Beach. From the warm welcome and daily gifts for my daughter's birthday to the clean room and exceptional service, everything was exceptional. The pools were great for both adults and kids, and the restaurant served fresh and delicious meals. We will definitely be returning to The Ritz-Carlton in the future. During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Waikiki Beach, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The Front Desk Agent, Rena, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. She even surprised me with champagne and dipped strawberries in my room after I mentioned it was my birthday. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made my stay memorable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited sun lounge space by the pool and a noisy laundry machine at night, they did not detract from the overall outstanding experience at The Ritz-Carlton. I found the breakfast to be slightly overpriced at times, but it was included in my rate, so it didn't bother me too much.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot, set in a tower on the beach overlooking the ocean. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and luxurious, with modern amenities and high-quality linens. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making for an unforgettable stay. Breakfast is included in some rates and offers a variety of options, though some may be hit or miss. Additionally, the gym is well-equipped with weights, running machines, and other fitness equipment.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was bright and spacious, with a comfortable bed and sofa bed. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and beaches within walking distance. The staff treated me with professionalism and warmth, and they were very helpful with all my requests, especially since I was traveling with a baby. They even surprised us with a lovely birthday decoration for our little one.

Celebrate, Valentine's Day, and New Year's Eve were both amazing at this hotel. the staff recognized these special occasions and surprised us with special treats in our room. the location was perfect, just a short walk through a park to the beach. And the pool area was fantastic, offering a peaceful and relaxing oasis away from the busy streets of Waikiki.

We were disappointed with the room itself. the WiFi was very sporadic and didn't work for most of our stay.
