The location on The Strand was perfect, with shops and food outlets within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot weather. The staff, especially Debbie at reception, were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this motel for a wonderful stay in Townsville.

We stayed for a few days and the rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen setup was a definite winner and the accommodation was conveniently located within walking distance of the event we were attending. The motel is also situated near a few bars and eating places, making it even more convenient. The staff was accommodating when we overslept for check-out time.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Beach House Motel. The location was perfect, right across from the Strand with a beautiful view and a great walking path. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, arranging taxis for me and providing an umbrella when it rained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities.
