Fabulous service from the lovely girl at Reception. Great location. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Bonus to have the study room for hubby to retreat to so I could sleep in. Easy walk to cafes, restaurant and venues. Coffee and toasties in the cafe in the building next to the lobby were delicious. Free parking in this location was a bonus but it is not guaranteed so be early. The entry/exit and lift security adds a sense of safety. Il Verde in King Street is an excellent place to eat. The service is spot on and the food is exquisite. Recommend Belise Apartments for a great City Getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the 1 bedroom apartment at Belise Apartments. The balcony provided a lovely view, and having an office with a pull-out couch was a bonus. The apartment had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were also very pleasant and accommodating, making our anniversary stay even more special with a bottle of champagne upon check-in. The breakfast served at the lobby cafe was delicious and fresh. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend Belise Apartments for their price, location, and welcoming atmosphere.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. My room was clean and spacious with everything I needed, including free parking and a stunning city view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel's central location made exploring the city easy. I especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The lack of certain basics in the apartment, such as bedside lamps and a water jug, can be inconvenient.

We recently stayed at Belise for the second time and had a completely different experience from our previous visit. The renovations are now finished, and the apartments are fully functional with well-maintained appliances. The 1-bedroom apartment was nicely furnished with a good-sized living area and balcony. The addition of a café on the ground floor serving delicious breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The WiFi has greatly improved, now offering unlimited connectivity for multiple devices. Belise is conveniently located near Fortitude Valley. We'll definitely be returning!

The value for money at Belise Apartments was excellent, with a spacious and well-lit apartment that had all the amenities we needed. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from popular venues like The Triffid and The Valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and even escorted me to my car via the lift, saving me time and effort.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with some minor improvements needed for a more satisfying morning meal.

The free continental breakfast was a nice touch and the location was convenient for exploring the area on foot. the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with our luggage. the room had a great view of the cityscape.

our room was not as clean as we would have liked upon arrival. the air conditioning was also faulty, making it difficult to sleep comfortably during the hot and humid nights.
