Located in the heart of Chiado, this hotel is perfect for exploring all the major attractions of the city. It is just off the main shopping area, making it convenient for those who love to shop. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with fully equipped kitchens and a great selection of tea and coffee. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent service. The breakfast served in the room or in the cafe is delicious, with high-quality products. The hotel also offers a fantastic children's club, making it a great choice for families.

The rooms facing the main street cannot be opened, limiting the fresh air in the room.

I had an amazing stay at a family-friendly hotel that had a great kids club. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Lisbon on foot. The hotel provided free care for our kids, giving us the opportunity to enjoy meals at nearby restaurants. The spacious suite was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like snacks, milk, juice, and even a kettle with tea. The staff was friendly and the free welcome drinks were a nice touch. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for families. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return!

The hotel was extremely kid-friendly with excellent day and evening care services. They provided a stroller, had spacious and child-proof rooms, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was great, and they had a fantastic kids' club and daycare with play areas and sleeping accommodations. Stay Away

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the 24/7 front desk staff. The location was convenient with great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and stocked with almost everything needed.

We had a lovely stay at Martinhal Lisbon Chiado Aparthotel. The location was perfect, right next to a food court. The best part was how family-friendly the hotel was. They provided a welcome set with milk, cookies, and presents for the kids. The breakfast had special plates for children and even separate beds for them. We also loved that they had a kid's room where we could leave our child while enjoying the bar or fancy restaurant.

The spacious flat features comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. The staff is attentive and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the length of the children supervision services provided is exceptional, with several cots, cribs, and bassinets available for the little ones.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The exclusive amenities provided were outstanding, including the sauna, indoor swimming pool, and spa centre, where I got a wonderful massage. Sun loungers were plentiful in the garden area by the outdoor swimming pool, while the entertainment and leisure room provided a great way to relax, watch TV or play games. In the morning, I savoured a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, including special diet menus.

There was only one minor issue I encountered: the Wi-Fi connection was a bit poor. Apart from that, everything was great.
