This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The room was much bigger than I anticipated, and it had all the necessary amenities. I was particularly impressed with the spa bath in the room, which was an extra expense, but well worth it for a luxury treat. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I was also pleased to find that breakfast was included in the room rate, which added to the overall convenience and value of my stay.

Stayed here over Christmas and was pleased with the good sized room and indoor pool. The location was also convenient as it was close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and attentive which made for a pleasant stay.

The room was quite outdated and the heater took a long time to warm up the cold room. It was not as comfortable as I had hoped for the price.

We had a pleasant and quiet stay at a motel with a good location, just a short drive from the central area of Ballarat. Our spacious room had a comfortable queen bed, a couch, and a terrace that opened to a lovely garden area. The room provided all the amenities we needed including tea/coffee, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom was spacious and the indoor swimming pool was a nice addition, with a spa and sauna available. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was run down and in need of renovating. The lights outside the room made it difficult to sleep, and the door to the bathroom was rotting.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of town, providing easy access to the city center. It is close to a lovely restaurant next door, making dining options easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a good service from the staff. The breakfast provided is satisfactory. The hotel also offers great facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and a spa that can be used as a bath.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the outdated decorations, may not meet everyone's aesthetic preferences.
