the staff at best western were super friendly, and the room was really clean. the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. also, there’s takeaway food about a 10-minute walk away, which was convenient.

i do recommend.

breakfast was quite frankly laughable, only white bread? ! waited 15 minutes for two fried eggs, and the staff seemed more interested in cleaning than smiling. how dare they not give me an upgrade for my troubles? I almost considered giving a good review, but it just woudl ve been too easy to overlook the small room with a double bed.

Just an ideal choice for a weekend in Melbourne with great value-to-price ratio. The shower pressure was incredible, truly refreshing! Bring your own snacks as the on-site options weren't enough for a big breakfast.

Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom linens were in poor condition, with stains and tears. Parking was also challenging due to overgrown hedges that limited space, affecting how I could park my vehicle safely.

The staff went above and beyond, especially Michael the shuttle driver, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport, making my city outing seamless and enjoyable.

It was really quiet which we loved. also, the onsite restaurant was chill and made it easy to have a stress-free evening. the whole stay was just comfy and took the hassle out of traveling.
