Another great thing about this hotel was the restaurant, which had a wide variety of delicious dishes on their menu. I really appreciated that breakfast was included in the room rate, and the buffet spread in the morning was simply delightful. The staff at this hotel were fantastic, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its enhanced comfort, quality services, and convenient location.

We stayed at a budget hotel that offered great location options, including a lovely little pub close-by, a supermarket for tea & breakfast foods, and easy access to shops and attractions. The room was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities, while the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. During our thanksgiving holiday, we stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located just a short distance from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. the room we were assigned was clean, comfortable, and had a full-sized refrigerator which was a plus!

That the hotel seemed a bit outdated. the decor and furnishings had an old-fashioned feel to them, which was not to our liking.

The airport shuttle service made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. the cleanliness of the room was impressive and I appreciated the complimentary tea making facilities. Plus, having a restaurant and room service available for late-night meals was extremely convenient.

The comforter on the bed was stiff and noisy, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. finding food was a challenge, especially without a car and arriving at night.

our recent stay in Melbourne was even better than expected. Best Western provided us with excellent comfort and outstanding service. The room was quiet, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the little pool was a nice bonus. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next year.
