As foreign tourists, we loved the stunning views, especially from the rooms with a sea view and conservatory. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps for exploring. The food was excellent, with the chef using local ingredients. a special and intimate location for a memorable stay.

The location is simply breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the Ayrshire coast, Arran, Kintyre, and even Ireland. The basic amenities are just what you need, and the rooms are lovely, complete with a modern bath or shower room and a comfortable king size bed. The Lighthouse Suite provides an unforgettable first impression, with its stunning views.

The Lighthouse Suite provides adequate storage space, a separate bathroom with a good shower, and a comfortable lounge area with a dining area and kitchen. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring guests' needs are met. The included breakfast and 5-course evening meal are highly praised, with a variety of delicious options available.

Limited WiFi access in both the suite and the main hotel building may be inconvenient for guests in need of internet connectivity.

A hidden gem - and yes it's HIDDEN! I stumbled upon this magical place during my solo trip to the South West coast of Scotland. Tucked away down a track road, I discovered Corsewall Lighthouse Hotel and it was love at first sight. The homemade High Tea was exceptional, especially the delicious shortbread. The remote location offered a peaceful and tranquil experience, while still being just a short drive from Stranraer. I can't wait to book a stay here on my next visit to the West Coast of Scotland. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and beautiful coastal setting.

Despite the lovely location, the hotel was rather disappointing. the building was in need of some updating and cleaning, and the staff lacked enthusiasm and customer service skills.

I particularly enjoyed watching the lighthouse strobing over the sea at night - it was truly magical. the building itself was warm and inviting, making our January stay even more enjoyable. the uniqueness of this hotel, combined with its great location and friendly staff, made for a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at the Corsewall Lighthouse and had a fantastic time. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options for every taste. The breakfast and evening meals were particularly outstanding. The Firth of Cromarty room was amazing, with a balcony overlooking the stunning sea and the coast of Ireland. The room itself was in great condition and had everything we needed. a truly memorable experience.

We had a fantastic time at Corsewall Lighthouse. the food was exceptional, and we couldn't rate it highly enough. the staff, including the blonde lady , were friendly and provided excellent service. the building was unexpectedly cosy and warm, which was very welcoming during our chilly January stay. Watching the mesmerising lighthouse strobing over the sea at night was magical. the location was excellent, and they had unique gifts available for purchase.
