I had a wonderful stay at Brockencote Hall Guest House. the staff were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly polite. the wine selection was impressive, with many options available by the glass. the comfortable lounge area offered beautiful views of the countryside. the highlight was the outstanding breakfast, which included freshly squeezed orange juice and beautifully presented dishes. It was the perfect way to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.

As a couple, we loved the large and airy room with an excellent bathroom. The bed was comfortable with a firm mattress, perfect for a good night's sleep. The complimentary hot and cold beverages were a nice touch. The breakfast offered a wide range of options, both hot and cold, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The mature grounds of the hotel, with the beautiful lake and green fields, created a special and peaceful atmosphere.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues. There was a mix-up with our dinner reservation but the maitre d' quickly resolved it.

The location was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking. It was the perfect venue for my brother's wedding reception, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The room was furnished to the highest standard, with an amazing shower room and a gigantic bed. We had a lovely evening and enjoyed a fantastic vegetarian breakfast in the morning. it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to stay again.

Attending a wedding at this beautiful location was made perfect by the friendly and attentive staff. The master double room we booked, Kingfisher, was spacious and had a lovely standing roll top bath with a view of the garden. The comfortable bed, Becca's help in surprising my husband for his birthday, and the delicious three-course meals made our stay unforgettable. The service from reception to the restaurant staff was exceptional, and the extras like water and fruit were a pleasant surprise. Can't wait to return!

The breakfast offerings could have been improved by providing bread to the room like they do in the restaurant. It took a while for it to be brought up, and considering the hotel knew in advance that we wanted to dine in our room, it added unnecessary stress to our evening.
