We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Good cleanliness, excellent hotel facilities, convenient parking, easy transportation, and a prime location close to the town center. the courtyard parking at the rear of the property was a nice touch.

Not one thing detracted from our experience.

On a road trip, we stayed here overnight and loved it. the central location was superb, close to eateries like the Coast Hotel. Room cleanliness was top-notch, and the reception staff were so helpful. the pool was refreshing in the morning, and despite being near the highway, noise wasn't a problem. Perfect for families too, with a room having two TVs for downtime after driving.

The motel is conveniently located near the main shopping center, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The clean and spacious family room allowed for privacy, and the motel's courtyard parking was a plus. The staff provided excellent customer service and were very friendly. The motel's reasonable prices were also appreciated.

The thin walls made it difficult to sleep, as noises from neighboring rooms could be clearly heard throughout the night.

This hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all of Coffs Harbour's activities and restaurants. The staff at this hotel are very friendly, providing excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing great value for money. I was pleased to find that the rooms are equipped with a bar fridge and a TV.

The hotel could improve on soundproofing the rooms.

The check-in process was easy and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling. the room had a large TV and a microwave, which made it more comfortable. the beds were spacious and very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom could use some updating as it seemed old and outdated. the manager's attitude was unpleasant and rude, which detracted from the experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was fantastic. Compared to the neighboring hotels, it was much more affordable and I didn't see the need to spend extra on a short stay. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my time here. Additionally, the rooms were perfect for my family of four, providing enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Lastly, breakfast was a highlight, with a generous and delicious spread that left me satisfied for the day ahead.

Great central location. Walkable to cafes and restaurants. Clean, well-equipped room with comfortable bed and good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect stay.

Friendly and welcoming staff, even late at night. When I asked about parking my trailer, they went above and beyond to accommodate me, moving cars so I could secure it properly. The pool was a great way to cool down after a long drive. I highly recommend this hotel.
