Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, even accommodating random requests like finding a vet for our newly adopted kitten. One staff member, Ashley, provided exceptional customer service, going out of her way to assist us with breakfast and answer our questions.
