There were several negative aspects during my weekend stay. the rooms lacked air conditioning, which was a disaster given the high temperatures in Villahermosa.

The buffet at the restaurant offered a wide variety of pasta and they even cooked it fresh right in front of you, which was a nice touch. the Parque-Museo de la Venta was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. Additionally, the accommodations were comfortable, providing a pleasant stay during my visit.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par as there were food leftovers from the previous guest in the mini bar, which was quite disappointing. the bar staff at the pool also seemed unattentive, as they never took our order and instead stayed at the bar the whole time.
