I recently stayed at this place and I must say that I was impressed. The location was absolutely amazing, just opposite a very lovely park and away from the main shops. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, and mini-bar. The hotel also offers various facilities like an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre. We especially enjoyed the happy hour and the restaurant's special diet menus. it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This venue is a great place to stay with good service and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location, just opposite a beautiful park. It was so convenient being close to the city center and the botanical gardens, which I could easily walk to. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of choices. I also enjoyed the pool and the cocktail bar, which added to the overall experience.

I did encounter some noise from neighboring rooms.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, the friendly and accommodating staff, and the delicious food at the onsite restaurant. The hotel's location near a park and the Murray river provided great opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities.

We felt really good about our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The complementary drinks on our arrival and the room service were nice touches. the location was great as we were able to easily walk to nearby attractions. the balcony provided a nice view and fresh air.

It was a major let down and made our weekend less enjoyable.

Impressed with spacious and well-equipped rooms, modern and clean bathrooms. Great coffee machine and balcony for a charming stay. Room service was a highlight with delicious and light food delivered. Breakfast was equally enjoyable with a tasty omelet. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

My recent stay at Best Western Plus Hovell Tree Inn was fantastic! The location was incredible, with the river just across the street and the town within walking distance. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, and I had the pool and spa facilities all to myself. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it felt private and quiet. The option for breakfast and dinner was available, although I didn't use it, but I would definitely consider it for a longer stay.
