I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Malang. the location was perfect - right in the center of the city, surrounded by some great cafes. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to assist with any requests and made me feel very welcome. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. I loved the fact that they had direct sunlight, making the rooms bright and airy. this hotel offered great value for money with all the amenities you could need.

The only minor downside was that there was some noise at night from outside, but it didn't really bother me.
