Lovely and helpful staff, unique and creative design, great quality spa facilities and services, delicious meals with a Swedish buffet option.

We spent Christmas at this spa hotel and it was a great experience overall. the spa services were impressive, and the massages were the highlight. the location was key as it was close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. Another advantage was the rooftop terrace, which provided a great view and cozy space to relax.

the staff were not very attentive and seemed more interested in their phones than assisting guests. Lastly, the heating in our room was not working properly, making our stay uncomfortable.

The spa facilities were amazing, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The location was perfect for relaxation. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the interior design was unique and interesting. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant time at Higina Spa. the basic service offered a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna. the rooms and the building were beautiful and had a unique design. the staff at the bar and spa reception were happy, polite, and talkative. They made an effort to answer all our questions, even if they were unrelated to the hotel. they were able to communicate with us in English.
