My family and I enjoyed our 6-night stay at Big4 Whiters Holiday Village in Lakes Entrance. the Garden Cottage had all amenities needed, and the staff promptly replaced a faulty kettle and TV. Although we encountered some cleanliness and maintenance issues, the friendly service and great location made our visit memorable.

The room at the provided database was great, with nice and clean pools that were securely fenced. the location was perfect, close to the ocean, shopping center, fishing spots, and rivers. the facilities were top-notch, and the reception check-in process was smooth and welcoming.

The database seemed a bit old and in need of updating, with a faint smell of smoke in some areas.

Enjoyed the local art and delicious café at Wyanga Park. the picturesque views over the valley and lakes were stunning. Loved the self-catering option at the Rotunda and exploration of quaint lakeside towns. the winery's speciality wines were a highlight. the family-friendly holiday park had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A bonus was the Lakes Entrance Aquadome access. a memorable eco-friendly getaway with plenty to explore!

The staff at Big4 Whiters Holiday Village were amazing from the moment we arrived, ensuring everything was ready for our family. the rooms were clean, and our kids enjoyed the playground. the quick replacements of a faulty TV and kettle were impressive touches. the Garden Cottage had all amenities, and the location near shops was convenient. the relaxation facilities like the swimming pool and BBQ area added to our enjoyment. We also explored nearby landmarks like Colquhoun State Forest and Jemmys Point Lookout for family bonding and relaxation, making our stay memorable.

The staff here were amazing - very friendly and helpful. They made us feel safe during the bushfires and even shared local insights on the best places to visit. the laundry facilities in the room were a great convenience, along with the well-equipped kitchen. the location was fantastic, close to shops and with easy access to the beach.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. Some areas like the ceiling fans and window ledges were a bit dusty.

I recently stayed at a holiday village in Lakes Entrance and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to all attractions, the beach, and the shopping center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. The facilities, including the pools and BBQ area, were top-notch. it was a great stay with everything close by.

I did notice that some of the outside furniture could use a bit of cleaning and maintenance.

Friendly staff, convenient location near shops, good facilities. Cabin bathroom needs refurbishment - cracked cladding and musty smell. Beds and amenities were comfortable. Would stay again, kids enjoyed it. One night stay, nice atmosphere, no loud music.

The cabin we stayed in was absolutely delightful! Everything was sparkling clean, and there were so many small things provided that made the stay more enjoyable. the location was perfect too, being just a short stroll from town and the beach. the playground and pool provided great entertainment for our little ones. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even better!

The only downside to this accommodation was that the mattress on the bed was quite uncomfortable. It felt as if the springs were digging into our backs.
