The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was clean and comfortable. Despite some noise from nearby construction, we had a peaceful stay and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect for me, tucked away down a quieter street but still near to Russell street, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff here could not have been more helpful and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from ironing facilities to a hair dryer. The terrace was a lovely addition and the free Wi-Fi was reliable.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

the room was modern, clean, and comfortable. the temperature control was easy to use, and the double glazing kept it quiet. the natural light from the full frosted glass wall in the bathroom was excellent, and the lamps added a lovely touch. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect - close to the theatre and Chinatown, with convenient access to tram stops and shopping areas. it was one of the most comfortable and well-designed small hotel rooms we've stayed in.

We got two complimentary drinks upon our arrival which was a nice gesture. the hotel was located in a very central location which made it easy to get around the city. the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains that helped us sleep better.

one of the towels we received had a strange smell which was unpleasant. Finally, the room was quite small and cramped with not enough space to move around comfortably.

Great location near Melbourne's main highlights and public transport. Close to cafes and a supermarket. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. the room was clean, modern, and spacious, offering a balcony with a view.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the room became stuffy at night, requiring the use of the aircon. the parking facility opens late, which may not be convenient for early departures.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that have plenty of space. The staff, particularly Vivien, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
