We recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Valletta and had a wonderful experience. the staff at Palazzo Paolina were friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the hotel itself was beautifully converted from an old baroque palazzo and had a tasteful decor with interesting artwork. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bathroom. the location was excellent, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in Valletta, yet quiet and peaceful. the breakfast, served in a lovely arched underground cellar, was plentiful and delicious.

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. It is close to the bus station, making it convenient for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Additionally, it is within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and public transport. There are also excellent restaurants nearby, providing a variety of dining options. The rooms are modern and well-decorated, with beautiful paintings done by the owner. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always willing to provide helpful information. a great place to stay.

The bathroom in the standard room could use some improvement in terms of space for toiletries. It would be helpful to have a small platform or more storage options.

This place is a great find! The location is right in the heart of everything, surrounded by excellent restaurants and close to many fine restaurants. The service provided by staff at every level is exceptional. Housekeeping made sure everything was spotlessly clean, and room amenities including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi in rooms added to the comfort of the stay. The leisure facilities including a Jacuzzi and a flat-screen TV in the TV room made the experience all the more relaxing.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

our recent stay in valletta was made even better by the excellent service and attention to detail at a boutique hotel. the rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the helpful and friendly staff made us feel like VIP guests.

The hotel offers modern and chic decor with elegant paintings, providing an artistic atmosphere. The cleanliness is exceptional, comparable to Dubai hotels. The showers are modern, room temperature is adjustable, and the internet is excellent for video conference calls. The breakfast is included and the staff are helpful and experienced. The penthouse comes with a spacious terrace and a hot tub/jacuzzi. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, close to tourist sites, shops, and restaurants.

Limited breakfast options and not very fulfilling. the noise from the surrounding area was quite bothersome and made it difficult to have a peaceful sleep at night.

Spent Christmas here and it was such a lovely experience. the hotel offered complimentary mulled wine and mince pies by the fireplace, which really added to the festive atmosphere. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices to suit everyone's taste buds. On top of that, the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some of the rooms seem to be a bit outdated, with some peeling on the wallpaper and some noise coming from outside, though this wasn't too disruptive. the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, which made it a bit tricky to move around freely.

The staff, especially Helena from the reception, was extremely polite and helpful. She even managed to secure a reservation for us at a popular local restaurant.
