We were delighted with the clean and well, maintained rooms. the convenience of having a cafe on, site and parking right at our room was a game, changer, especially with kids. the new water slides were a hit, surpassing even the original splash park. Staff handled feedback graciously, making us feel valued. This hotel is now our go, to choice in the area.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the beach and an approximate 30-minute walk to the city center. One guest praised the nice swimming pool and sitting area, especially at night. Additionally, the park offers a great range of activities for kids, including water slides, crazy golf, tennis.

I had a fantastic family vacation at Ingenia Holidays Cairns Coconut. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. It was conveniently located opposite the pool and near all the children's activities. The place was clean and tidy, with toiletries and cleaning materials provided. The inclusion of a washing machine, dryer, and soap powder was a great bonus. My kids had so many choices for activities and were never bored.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at this park with our kids and had a nice time. the park had plenty of attractions for the kids to enjoy such as pedal carts and a pool. the cabin we stayed in was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. the park is located near some great tourist attractions and was easy to get to.

Although the park was nice overall, we did have a few issues. the placement of our cabin next to the bins wasn't ideal and the smell was unpleasant at times.

relaxing break in cairns surpassed expectations at the park for families. great value, kids had a blast while we unwound. felt better than usual stays, will book a larger building next time.

Excellent facilities for kids, spacious chalet with good-sized rooms, helpful staff, great amenities such as pools and playground, well-stocked cabin with tea, coffee.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel was a luxurious and family-friendly stay with exclusive amenities, including a fantastic aqua park, multiple swimming pools, and even a beautiful garden area. the service was excellent, and the staff were always accommodating and friendly. the spa and wellness centre provided an ultimate relaxation experience, complete with a Jacuzzi and saltwater pool.

Even though the hotel offered fantastic restaurant and bar/lounge areas for outdoor dining, having faulty equipment was a minor frustration.
