I was initially worried about the noise levels at this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The soundproofing in the rooms is amazing, and I had a great night's sleep without any disturbances. The rooms themselves were gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, and the customer service was excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located with its own car park. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and opposite a bus stop. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and all the amenities we needed, including heating and air conditioning. We enjoyed a delicious welcome drink in the bar/lounge area and the restaurant served excellent food, with special diet menus available. The housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring our room was always clean and tidy. The hotel also had leisure facilities such as a jacuzzi, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the heart of a vibrant town centre for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants offering diverse cuisines. The stunning room, with its well-maintained bathroom and impeccable service, exceeded my expectations. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the view from the window was breathtaking. Furthermore, the hotel provided excellent facilities, including a spa bath and a rooftop bar. It truly made my stay memorable.

There was one minor drawback regarding the lighting in the room, as it was insufficient to fully illuminate the space.

The location of the hotel was simply amazing! We were right in the heart of the city which meant we could easily explore all of the nearby attractions. We also loved the secure parking that was available for a reasonable price.

We also found a small broken glass that injured my daughter's foot. Although we were able to manage it, we hoped that the hotel would have taken more attention to the cleanliness and safety aspects of the room.

The hotel is in a prime position, close to the city centre and all nightlife. The Bastion restaurant offers amazing food, and the breakfast is delicious. The Garden of Eden room is every girl's dream, with three massive double beds and plenty of space to get ready. The bathroom is fabulous, with a big Jacuzzi bath and a power shower. The staff are friendly and professional, ensuring a great service. The hotel is also conveniently located near all the main attractions.

Some rooms may have issues with the heating, and the Wi-Fi signal can be weak in certain areas.
